Treg for Model Number PDW9800L))BB Hi, we have had our General Electric dish washer for about 7 years. It has worked exceptionally well throughout those years. Last night I went to run it - and nothing happened when i pushed the buttons nor was anything lit up. I shut the door and then reopened it - and the display was lit as was a cycle and heat dry and the "clean" light - but still nothing happened when I pushed the buttons - including start. This morning we tried to reboot by shutting down the circuit breaker a couple times - the display reads 14hr clearly now - but still nothing happens when we push any buttons. Any thoughts on what may be happening and what part I can focus on potentially repairing? And can we fix this ourselves?? Thanks so much for any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Answer Hello Treg. If the lights work, but not the buttons, you will need to replace the keypad WD34X10908 on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, September 16, 2013
