Lee for Model Number PPw7800GOOWW Center wash arm does not rotate. Upper one spins vigorously. So water supply seems not to be the problem, I replaced o ring at back center connection where supply union meet with upper drawer when pushed in...Really puzzled, and glassware is not getting very clean on inside which would indicate center arm not rotating. Upper arm is spinning and gets outside of glassware clean.
