E. for Model Number DWSR463EG6WW 2 weeks ago I replaced the timer and the dryer has been working fine. Then the other night the Dryer stopped during use. Pressing the start button does nothing. The door light does go off and on when the door switch is depressed. I replaced the interlock switch today and still nothing happens when the start button is pressed. Any idea what else could be wrong?
Answer Hello E. You will need to test for a bad thermal fuse WE4M137 or a broke belt on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
