Diane for Model Number GTW330ASKWW My washer purchased 3 years ago suddenly stopped agitating. How can I tell if the problem is the Lid Lock Quick Release or some other problem like the motor or a belt? How can I get the tech sheet for troubleshooting this failure?

If yours is missing you can post a new question including a valid email address and we will be happy to send you a copy of the tech sheet.
