Bonnie for Model Number GE I can't get the screw out in order to get at the burned out bulb . The screw just turns around and around, but doesn't unscrew. Help thanks, Bonnie
Answer Bonnie, Use a small flat blade screwdriver(pocket screwdriver) carefully insert the blade between the body and the panel being held by the screw, slightly twist the screwdriver, to produce pressure on the panel, and unscrew the screw at the same time. Once you get the screw far enough out to unscrew with your fingers. You'll need to take the screw to the local hardware store or home improvement center, and have them get you the same screw, the next size larger.
