Luke for Model Number NWXR473EV2WW The circular part between the drum and door is peeling and flaking off. Clothes are getting caught and tears and creates black marks on the clothes. What do I need to do to fix it?
Answer Hello Luke! The top bearing is part number WE3M26. Check the glides part numbers WE03X37317 for green and WE03X37318 for white to make sure they do not need to be replaced.
