John for Model Number GE trivection double oven JT980COH1CC How do I remove the control panel faceplate on GE trivection double oven JT980COH1CC? I have removed the 3 screws under the faceplate, and I now have play at the bottom but the top is fixed by a feature that I cannot see. I am afraid to break something by using too much force. I have an upper oven clicking issue, and am trying to get to and buy a replacement for the relay causing it.
