Tammy for Model Number PSS26NHCPCWW In regards to your answer......How do I check to see if I'm getting a good seal around the ice door? And if it is where do I go from there. Also do I need to replace the helix?
Answer Tammy, To check the seal on the ice door you will want to use a flashlight and put it into the chute and look up into the dispenser assembly to see if you see light coming through.
