Sky for Model Number GSL25JFTA My GE (ModeL GSL25JFTA) only dispenses crushed ice. I read somewhere that likely issue is auger motor solenoid. Is this likely? Do you sell the solenoid separate, or only the entire auger motor?
Answer Hello Sky. Yes, it is possible the solenoid is bad on the unit. If there is power to the solenoid and it does not work, you will need to replace part number WR62X23154. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
