Eric for Model Number GSS25SGSCSS I got this replacement motor but the motor that it is replacing is almost 3/4 inch deeper between front where the blade shaft comes out of the motor to the back of the motor that mounts to the rubber bushing on the back bracket making the space between the two brackets too wide to hold the motor. The original motor was replaced with this motor per the GE site. I also note on the GE site that the original back bracket has a different replacement from the original. Do I also need to order the new back bracket or are there some sort of bushing that adjust for the smaller size.
Answer Hello Eric, If your old motor is dc, WR60X10209 will be the replacement motor needed. If the old motor is 120Vac, you will need to order WR60X10220. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 6, 2016
