Andrea for Model Number gsh25jsxbss Our fridge stopped cooling and I checked the defrost heater and it was bad and the thermistor in the fresh food side tested at 12 ohms. Meanwhile I manually defrosted the coils and got the fridge cold again until the unit eventually stopped and now when the unit is plugged in I hear a relay click on the main board and the pump for the water dispenser kick on. The freezer light doesn't turn on either (I am not sure if this problem is new). It appears the defrost heater has possibly been replaced once before. Is this a problem with the main board?
