Chad for Model Number GSS25JF I checked voltage on condenser motor plug with motor plugged up i have 13.5V DC on the red and yellow and 13.5V DC on the red and white but motor still does not run...as i said before motor is new....any chance it is the control board?...Thanks for any help.
