Answer Mark, to convert the appliance back to NG you'll need to purchase the orifice holders. For the LF burner use part number WB28K10590, LR burner use part number WB28K10592, center use part number WB28K10596, RF use part number WB28K10424 and RR use part number WB28K10390. Thanks.
