Nelson, It is possible that the element WB44X5082 is bad but to check you can do a voltage test. If you check across the terminals of the element with unit turned to bake you should have 240 vac. If not then you would want to check the clock to make sure that it is sending power to the element. If there is power then the element is bad and would need to be replace. On the clock you would check from L1 to Bake for 240 vac.
