Tom, To replace the outer door you will have to remove the upper grill at the top of the unit and there should be a cover over the upper hinge at the door you would pop off then lift off the unit. Then you will use a flat blade in between the choke on the inside of the door and the outer panel and pop the choke out and switch parts from old door panel to new door panel.
