Rich Ge GTS22WC Compressor does not start. When I turn the unit on and off with the dial up in the unit there is a click noise around the compressor area. Would this be the run capacitor and or the relay. I believe these are at the wire ends where they plug into the compressor.
Answer Hello Rich, This does sound like possibly a bad start relay WR07X10055. If replacing the start relay doesn't correct the issue, the compressor has most likely locked and will require replacement by a technician authorized to handle Freon. Read More...
