Jb for Model Number 363.9711781 Kenmore 363.9711781 condenser fan only runs when I unplug, then replug. Runs for about 7 seconds, compressor starts, then both condenser fan and compressor shut off and do not restart again. Both freezer and refrigerator not cool/cold, even though evaporator fan still runs and pushes are through. Figure problem with a relay or overload, but need advice to pinpoint and see if problem worth fixing. Can you help?
