Julie A for Model Number pts22lcsarww My GE refrigerator/ freezer temperatures keep going up and then back down. We unplugged the fridge, cleaned the coils and plugged in 24 hours later and now the compressor is not kicking on at all or cooling now. The lights are on but the panel displaying the temps of both the freezer and refridge are blank. Do you think we need to replace the mother board? Is there a reset button anywhere on the refridgerator? Thank you
Answer Julie, Unfortunately there is not a reset for the main control board and based on the issue it does sound like the main control board would be the issue with the unit.
