John K for Model Number GHWN5250D0WS When washing a disintegrating spaghetti mop the tub would not drain. I changed the cycle to 'Drain and Spin'. I heard a soft hum but the tub would not drain. I bailed out most of the water and removed the mops and other laundry and restarted the 'Drain and Spin'. It did spin but did not drain. Did I clog the pump or destroy it? How would I do either, unclog it or replace it. Thanks, John
Answer John, There are 2 spring clips between the main top and the front panel. You will push the spring clips on this and raise the main top. You will then remove the screws that hold the front panel in place and remove the front panel. You will want to check the drain pump for being clogged. It may need to be replaced. Read More...
