Roger for Model Number ZSC1001KSS01 I have a ZSC1001KSS01. The display has quit working. I have replaced Digitron 1657 and Pwb(pcb) Asm Sub WB27X10858 / AP3883396 Still no display. I'm thinking that next I should try Power Board WB27X10861 / AP3882298 The unit still works, we just have to use the Express button for all cooking.
Answer Roger, the power board would need to be tested at the connection CN7 for voltage from the transformer WB17X10021. From the yellow wire at pin 1 to the black wire at pin 2, there should be 12VDC. From the white wire at pin 3 to the black wire at pin 2, there should be 19VDC. Finally, there should be 7 VDC from the red wire at pin 4 to the brown wire at pin 5. If the voltages are good, the failure would be in the power board. If the voltages are not testing good, the failure would be in the low voltage transformer. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, January 23, 2023
