George, unfortunately, the manufacturer does not list the exact resistance tolerance of the igniter WB13K21. However, the best way to identify if the igniter has failed would be to access the connector from the back panel and test for 120VAC from wire to wire while the cycle is turned on. If the igniter is receiving 120VAC but is not glowing, then it has failed. If it is glowing, the voltage going to the safety valve will need to be tested. If the igniter is working properly, it will send 3.2 to 3.6VAC to the safety valve within 60 seconds. If it does not, the igniter is weak and would need to be replaced. If it does, the safety valve is stuck closed and would need to be replaced. If there was not 120VAC when testing the igniter wires, the wires would need to be tested one at a time to ground to identify where voltage is being lost.
