Answer Ron, With the unit not switching from water to crushed or cubed ice you will want to check to make sure that the dispenser control is not locked. Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds and then try to change the controls and see if the unit will dispense. If not then the dispenser control would appear to be faulty and need to be replaced. The part number for the dispenser control is WR55X10304. Read More...
