Answer Hello Thomas, This is an air flow problem. Make sure the Freezer evaporator fan motor WR60X10307 is running and is up to speed. If you can stop it and it will not start or start up to speed without bumping the fan blade, the motor has failed. If it is operating normally you probably have a defrost issue which in indicated by a frost build-up on the rear wall of the freezer.
