Greg for Model Number GSS25LGPA BB My refrigerator is freezing food in vegetable trays and on shelves. I've set the temp control down to 3 and seems to help somewhat. Could this be a damper issue? I normally keep the setting set at 5 but recently had to set at 3 due to freezing food such as mashed potatoes and carrots.
Answer Hello Greg. You will need to test the thermister temperature sensors WR55X10025 inside the refrigerator section. Here is a chart to go by when testing them. Hope this helps.
