Answer Robert, A couple of things to check, First, Check the dispenser wire harness at the freezer door hinge, make sure there are no loose connections in the harness connector. You'll need to dismantle the dispenser and access the display board J4 connector, between red and black wires on J4 at dispenser board you should read 12 to 14 VDC on a multi meter across the wires. If you have the voltage then you'll need the display board WR55X10793 If the voltage is not present, you'll need to check the wires back to the "mother board" and test the DC voltage on the J4 connector there WR55X10956.
