Tom for Model Number GSD2800G01 I just replaced the seal for the shaft with the part I ordered from your company I followed the video The first time through it cycled with some water in bottom I saw some debris and cleaned out filter Ran it again to get water out We tried second time and I get “C3” I repeated cycle 3 more times only to fail each time at the 24 minute mark with C3 appearing Did I do something wrong Please help me Thank you Tom
Answer Tom, the error C3 is going to indicate that the drain solenoid WD21X802 is not engaging properly. This can be caused if the wire is loose on the solenoid, it the arm is not set in place or bent, or if the drain switch WD21X479 either does not have continuity when activated or if the wire is loose here.
