Jason for Model Number DDT595SMJ2ES The Dishwasher will not power on. I checked all the connections and incoming voltage and all is good. I replaced the main board and it still would not power up I then replaced the UI and still I get nothing?
Answer Jason, the main control WD21X24901C would need to be inspected to identify if the status LED is illuminated or not. If not, the wire going to the control would likely have a break in it. If the LED is illuminated, the next step would be testing the black/green wire to the yellow/blue wire at connection J722 of the main control for 13.5VDC. If there is voltage, the same wires would need to be tested at the user interface to identify if there may be a wire failure in the DC wire harness WD21X26122. Read More...
