Dave R for Model Number Hsm25gftc Water shoots almost straight out when dispenser is pressed and sometimes will not cut off unless dispenser paddle is manually pulled forward. Also, Ice sometimes will build up in door disp. And then a bunch will come out at once.
Answer Dave, If the water is spraying out without going into the cup then this will most likely be a issue with the water tube in the door.
