David for Model Number gld5600noobb The spring action to my dishwasher broke. I doesn't look like the latch, retainer or actuator are broken and I do not see the door recess spring so I'm guessing this is what I missing. This doesn't look easy, are there instructions that will come with the parts?
Answer David, If the detergent door does not open it would require the dispenser WD12X10163 to be replaced. The parts of the dispenser come as an assembly and cannot be gotten as a separate components. To remove the dispenser you will turn off power to the unit, take the screws out of the inner door. Lift the inner door and remove the screws that hold the dispenser in place. Remove dispenser and install in reverse.
