Flint for Model Number RCA/GE DRB4600SBLWW Hi, I need to reconnect my door switch which came unconnected while I was servicing another part, and therefore I hadn't made a note of the wiring positions. There are three wires for the switch on my unit: a yellow with black stripe, a white and a red (which goes to the light bulb). I know which terminal on the switch is a "common", i.e.which terminal connects to the two other terminals depending on the switch position, but could someone tell me if I should connect the black/yellow wire or the white wire to this common terminal?
Answer Flint, On your unit the white wire will be common coming from the timer. The red will be NO going to the light and the NC will be the yellow/black to the motor. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, October 16, 2013
