Fred for Model Number WMH53520CS-1 Our microwave number at left was manufactured in July of 2014. Recently it started having issues. It sometimes will not start. I have noticed that when I either open and shut the door several times it will start. Also, sometimes when I push up on the control panel it will start. Recently, it starts by itself and will not shut off. When it does this, however it does not heat up. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
Answer Hello Fred, You will need to check the door latch and the door switches in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
