Bea for Model Number GE EWA3000B1WW Washer will NOT spin dry, clothes still wet upon taken out of the washer when cycle ends? I have to squeeze out the water before placing them in dryer. HELP! HELP!
Answer Bea, You didn't mention any noises during the spin cycle? so you will want to remove power to the washer, raise the top panel, remove the tub cover and check for a small article that may be stuck between the tubs, causing a "drag" on the tub and not reaching the high spin speed. The next check would be to remove the front panel and check the drive belt for excessive wear WH1X2026/ WH1X2026, and the clutch AP2045377]/WH05X0253 excessive wear or damage to the clutch plates/arms.
