Tammi for Model Number DDE5100RALWH Hello. My dryer spins but will not heat up. It does occasionally and when it does, it gets very hot. Also, I broke the temperature setting know as well as the stem(?) that the knob slides onto. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.
Answer Hello Tammi. You will need to check the thermostats on the unit and the element and if they are good, you will need to replace the timer on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
