Dave for Model Number WCSR2090DAWW When in the depressed position, the knob that manually advances the washer timer does not engage with the flat dial that shows the position in the wash cycle. This prevents the manual movement of the flat dial and timer. When I manually rotate the flat dial with the arrow that shows position of the timer in the wash cycle, the timer works fine. Do I need a new timer or just the knob and flat dial pieces? How does the timer shaft connect to the flat dial and how does the flat dial attach to the knob?
Answer Hello Dave, The dial WH11X10033 has a tab that meshes with the shaft part of the control knob WH01X10310 and the compression ring WH02X10093 has to be in position.
