Mike for Model Number WBSR3000G1WS I thought the large, outer knob on my WBSR3000G1WS was stripped. The outer knob no longer "catches" to allow selection of a cycle. We have to turn the outer ring to select anything. I took the knob off and realized that the tip of the spindle (where the outer knob attaches) was spinning freely. This isn't normal, is it? Do I have to buy the whole timer assembly, or is it something else?

If the timer is good then the knob should fix your problem part WH01X10310 Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, February 19, 2014
