Jeff B for Model Number ZGU385NSM2SS My ignitors were not working. I checked the out voltage of the transformer and had nothing, so I replaced the transformer. I checked the new transformer and had 12v and 240v on the out terminals. After reassembly, the ignitors initially worked, but then stopped working. I rechecked the transformer and now had no voltage on the out terminals. Is it possible that some other part is shorting out the transformer?
