Dave for Model Number cdw938on20ss the two upper assemby arms do not turn, I replaced the arms, and the water supply. It seems not to have enough force to push the water to the upper arms. I'm concerned a previous service person left some aprts off,or used the wrong parts?? any ideas?
Answer Dave, have you removed the filter screen WD22X10029,WD12X10109 sump cover and filter WD22X10077, and checked for debris, or build up in the assemblies ? If these are clogged with debris or deposits, this will reduce the amount of water to the upper spray arms, and manifold tube.
