Valerie for Model Number GFE26GMHEES An ice block keeps freezing up in the dispenser where the icemaker drops the ice cubes into the door. Then the water dispenser leaks water out all over the floor. Do I need to replace the water valve or the icemaker? Or is this something else?
Answer Valerie, it would be recommended that the door duct WR17X13241 is inspected for any gaps between it and the door opening as this can cause an air leak, creating the frost and melting the frost to leak down.
