Keith G. for Model Number PSS26NSTA_SS My icemaker is not making ice. I checked on the fill tube at the back of the refrigerator and it was frozen and blocked where it enters the refrigerator. Pulled line out and defrosted it, put it back in and it froze again. I pulled line out again defrosted it and placed it in a bucket to see how much water was being dispensed since it appeared it was just dripping out and thus freezing. Only small amount of water was released into bucket over a 24 hour period (about 1-2 ounces. Is the problem most likely the valve (Part Number:AP3706447).
