Ron for Model Number MER6765BAB I too have a CANCEL button issue. It seems to be stuck. Is there a way to pop it out? I feel a click with all the other buttons but not with the CANCEL button for the upper oven.
Answer Ron, If there is no resistance when a button is pressed, thats an indication of a failure of the button assembly, under the overlay.
