M Allman for Model Number mer6755aass I replaced bottom bake element. After I got it back together the control panel would not work and neither of ovens would work. Only the clock shows up on the controln panel. All the top burners still work. Is there a fuse in the control panel or do I have to buy the complete panel, if so what are you return policies. The stove was purchased in 2008
