Garrett for Model Number LMXS28626D My LG refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. All lights and computer functions work. When I run the LG smart diagnostics it says everything is good. I watched a few of your videos. The compressor runs and isn't making any clicks that I can hear. I ran the 'test' feature on the control board. The fan by the compressor runs, as do the fans in the fridge during the test mode. Any thoughts or ideas on what may be the problem?
Answer Garret, If your compressor is running then you will need to check the evaporator in the freezer behind the rear panel. If there is no frost on the evaporator then you have a sealed system issue and a licensed refrigeration tech is suggested to fix the problem. Read More...
