The case assembly or the Pump motor assembly? I would also like to know if you can recommend a technician to install it in Chevy Chase, MD. Thank you
Answer Claudia, unfortunately, this could be either the drain pump assembly EAU62043403 or the circulation pump case assembly ABT72909202. The cause could potentially be an item stuck between the impeller of either, or even a stripped impeller. To ensure the correct one is repaired, it is recommended the drain pump and impeller be inspected as this will isolate the possibility to one or the other. Read More...
