Phil for Model Number WM2455HG I ran it 4 or 5 time to try to figure it out why it wouldn't do the spin cycle. We had an error: OE . Sounds like the drain pump. Now when you push the start button, the control panel won't even light up. There is power to the unit. I plan on taking it apart, is there a possible fuse burned out? Any suggestions? Thanks, phil
Answer Phil, You will want to check the main control board EBR32268002 to make sure that there is 120 vac getting to it. If there is no power to it then you will want to check the line filter 6201EC1006T. If the line filter has power in but no power out then you will need to replace the line filter. If there is power in and out and power at the main control board then the issue would either be a faulty control or a faulty display board. Read More...
