Tommy January 03, 2026 for Model Number WM2650HRA Water draining in floor. I removed pump motor and it seems to have the correct resistance (maybe). The water is leaking out bottom of washer, nothing inside is wet. If not the pump, what else could it be?
1 Answer Hello Tommy, thank you for contacting AppliancePartsPros.com This could be any hose connection to the tub or washer, you would need to check all of them thoroughly. Look for water marks that may indicate where the water has run down from. Read More...
Bill October 31, 2025 for Model Number WM2050CW The motor cover from my old pump doesn't fit the new pump assembly #4681EA2001T. I temporally modified the old cover and secured it to the pump to protect wiring. Is there a cover available to purchase that fits this pump?

Jb March 28, 2025 for Model Number WM3455HW Does this work for the LG washer/dryer combo unit, number WM3455HW (it's from 2010)? The compatibility checker says yes, but in one of the Q&As here it says another one that is twice as expensive. Thanks!
1 Answer JB, the model provided uses two different pumps on the drain pump housing. The drain pump 4681EA2001T is being used as a recirculation pump with this model while the drain pump EAU61383506 is being used to drain the water out of the washer. Read More...

Jacqueline August 14, 2024 for Model Number WTW5000DW1 My whirlpool washer won't spin, makes nose like a train, and water runs from under the bottom
1 Answer Hello Jacqueline, thank you for contacting APP, I would recommend disconnecting the unit from power, water, and the drain hose and laying it on its front to see what has happened in the machine compartment under the unit. If you have water coming from under the unit then the drain pump W10876600 has become detached from a hose or water is leaking past the tub seal. You may also have transmission W11454734, drive motor W11283592, shift actuator W11481722, clutch W10721967, and/or other component failure. Read More...
Kenneth May 29, 2024 for Model Number LG TROMM WASHER WM1814CW Water, detergent and fabic softner remain in the dispenser. I have changed the Dispenser Assembly and the drawer also, checked for any blockage in hoses and clean the filter to the drian pump but, the symtoms remain the same. What could be the issue? What is my next course of action?
1 Answer Hello Kenneth, thank you for contacting APP, It is possible that a small amount of Fabric Softener and Detergent will be left over in the Dispenser Assembly after a cycle. If it appears that there is an excessive amount of Detergent or Fabric Softener left over, it is possible that there is an issue with one of the Valves not filling properly, as this unit utilizes the valves being activated in certain combinations to divert water flow into the various chambers of the Detergent Dispenser Assembly, or the Main Control is not activating the Valves in those combinations at the proper time. As the unit is leaving both Detergent and Fabric Softener after a cycle, I would suspect that the issue is with the Valves, PT# 5220FR2006H is the Single Valve Inlet Assembly for the Hot Water and PT# 5220FR2075L is the Triple Valve Inlet Assembly for the Cold Water. If those have been replaced or all have been verified as working properly, I would suspect that the issue is in the Main Control, unfortunately, it appears that the Main Controls for this unit are no longer available.
