Chloe for Model Number LG Tromm WM3677HW Thank you so much for the very helpful video on replacing the drain pump! I found it very easy to follow and my pump replacement (which arrived quickly - thank you!) went off without a hitch...or so I thought. I replaced the pump because the water wasn't properly draining during the dry cycle and clothes were sopping wet after 2 hrs of drying - more so then they were at the end of the wash/spin cycle. The new pump seems to be working, but now the water will not stop going into the drum during the wash cycle. I finally stopped it after the drum was half way full! It seems like the pump replacement is unrelated to water levels and the automatic shut off. Any ideas? Thank you very much! Chloe
Answer Hello Chloe. Based on the information you provided, the water valve is bad or the pressure hose has come off. Check the hose first. If it is good, then replace the valve that is not turning off. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, December 29, 2014
