Michelle C for Model Number WM2487HRM I just wrote you 2 days ago about my washer not turning on. I ordered the PC board and the hot and cold valves. My husband replaced them and the machine came to life. I have run about 3 or 4 loads yesterday as well as 2 today. I went in to check on load and it was at a standpoint stopped. I started it over to see what would happen next. I selected a normal cycle that stops at 33 min. On rinse cycle.. The water fill , attempts and I do believe drains but does not continue on to spin... No code appearing so not sure what's going on... Do you have any advice on what to do next... Look forward to hearing from you soon...
Answer Michelle, You will want to access the tech sheet which will be located inside the cabinet of the unit and put the unit into a diagnostic cycle. While in diagnostic there will be instructions on the tech sheet that will tell you how to check for error codes. See if there are any error codes because not all will show during normal use. The tech sheet will also tell you what to check for each error. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, February 13, 2015
