Michael for Model Number Wm2487h*ma Hi. Two questions. First, my manual has a “*” instead of an “m” in the model number. I assume that’s still the same machine and this part will work? Second, I only get an “oe” error message intermittently. The drain tube doesn’t appear to be clogged and neither does the drain pipe. I’d say it drains without an issue 50% of the time. Would you still guess that the pump should be replaced or could this be some other issue? Thanks!
Answer Michael, You will want to check the power getting to the drain pump when it is supposed drain. If there is intermittent power then check the wiring to make sure that the wiring is good and if the wiring checks ok with intermittent operation then it would be more likely the board that is the issue.
