Boy Howdy for Model Number WM3470HWA My washer will neither drain or spin. Would a bad drain pump keep the machine from going into spin cycle? I've ordered a new drain pump from you, but am wondering if I need a different part - or perhaps another part. Thank You.
Answer Boy h, The machine won't go into a high spin until the water has been pumped out. I would check the drain pump for power in the drain/spin setting and if the power is there check the pump for blockage and or damage to the impeller. Read More...
