Joe for Model Number wm2016cw at first, after turning on, it ran for a couple of minutes before the trouble code "OE" was displayed. i took the hoses and filter housing out, cleaned them out, and put them back in. now, it turns a couple of times and stiff displays that code. plus, there is a loud humming sound coming from the filter housing. any help?
Answer Joe, The "OE" code for your washer, indicates a Drain Issue. You may have an article jammed in the pump, or restricting the drain system or possibly a bad drain motor winding, 4681EA2001T is a great place to start with the post description you supplied.
